Repair Drop-Off Service
Bring your equipment directly to our South Carolina facility for swift, comprehensive diagnostics and repair.
- How it works: Simply fill out our Drop-Off form, bring your machine (along with necessary accessories like squeegee assemblies, pads, hoses, and chargers), and our certified technicians will provide a detailed estimate.
- Drop-Off Terms: Please note that 30 days after an estimate has been issued or work has been completed, a $2.00 per day storage charge applies. After 60 days, the unit is considered abandoned.
Nationwide On-Site Service
We are pleased to refer all nationwide on-site service requests for your cleaning equipment directly to our preferred servicing partner, Karcher NA. Karcher has a service network throughout the world built on providing timely and competitive pricing for service on nearly every make and model of cleaning equipment. They offer Planned Maintenance (PM), general and emergency repair service.
