FREE SHIPPING is available on qualifying orders of $200 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $200 will incur a flat shipping rate of $19.95. Certain items, including batteries, chemicals, HOST parts, and Pioneer Eclipse parts, do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping for these items will be quoted separately and provided for approval prior to order processing. Free shipping on freight shipments applies to standard delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Additional charges may apply based on delivery conditions.
Order Minimums
Purchases from the following manufacturers will be subject to the following minimum amounts. In some cases additional fees will apply for amounts under the purchase minimum:

Additional Freight Charges
The following accessorial charges will apply when applicable and are charged at a flat rate of $75 each. These charges are cumulative and may be combined:
- Non-commercial (residential or non-business) delivery
- Liftgate service (required when no loading dock or forklift is available)
- Limited access delivery locations
Limited Access Deliveries
Limited access locations are delivery sites that require additional time, coordination, or special handling by the freight carrier. These may include, but are not limited to: Airports, hangars, and cargo terminals; amusement parks; assisted living facilities; agricultural or remote areas; camps and campgrounds; car washes and dealerships; casinos; churches and places of worship; country clubs and private clubs; construction sites; convention centers; courthouses and government buildings; dams; schools and educational facilities; fairgrounds and event spaces; farms and ranches; fire departments; funeral homes and cemeteries; gas stations; gyms and fitness centers; golf courses; hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities; libraries; hotels and resorts; marinas and shipyards; military bases; mines and quarries; movie theaters and entertainment venues; museums; Native American reservations; pet boarding and animal care facilities; piers and ports; power plants and utility sites; police stations, prisons, and detention centers; restaurants, bars, and nightclubs; retail stores without proper loading areas; self-storage facilities; locations requiring security inspections; state and national parks; wind farms and energy sites; zoos and wildlife areas; emergency service locations; temporary or seasonal locations; and outdoor recreation areas. Any location with restricted access, limited hours, security requirements, difficult maneuverability, or that requires a smaller delivery vehicle may also be classified as limited access at the carrier's discretion.
Freight Terminal Pickup Option
To avoid additional accessorial charges, freight (equipment) shipments may be delivered to the nearest carrier freight terminal at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for pickup from the terminal and will be notified once the shipment is ready for collection.
International Shipments
These do not qualify for free shipping and will incur additional charges, including freight beyond the U.S. border, brokerage fees, duties, and customs costs.
