Repair Drop-Off Service
Bring your equipment directly to our South Carolina facility for swift, comprehensive diagnostics and repair.
- How it works: Simply fill out our Drop-Off form, bring your machine (along with necessary accessories like squeegee assemblies, pads, hoses, and chargers), and our certified technicians will provide a detailed estimate.
- Drop-Off Terms: Please note that 30 days after an estimate has been issued or work has been completed, a $2.00 per day storage charge applies. After 60 days, the unit is considered abandoned.
On-Site Mobile Service
Can't bring the machine to us? We will come to you! Our fully equipped service vans are dispatched across South Carolina to handle repairs right at your facility.
- How it works: Request a service appointment below. We will schedule a technician to visit your location, diagnose the issue, and perform on-site repairs whenever possible to get your floors clean again instantly.
