"We have recently had the chance to work with the Advance SC1500 Stand on floor scrubber.

The SC1500 represents a significant advancement in floor cleaning technology, skillfully combining the maneuverability of a walk-behind scrubber with the efficiency of a rider machine. This innovative design aims to enhance cleaning productivity while minimizing operator fatigue, making it a valuable asset for various commercial environments, such as schools, hospitals, and retail outlets.

One of its standout features is the EcoFlex System. This onboard detergent dispensing system not only promotes a greener approach to cleaning but also offers significant cost savings. The EcoFlex system empowers the operator to effortlessly switch between chemical-free, water-only cleaning and varying levels of detergent strength, brush pressure, solution flow, and vacuum based on the specific cleaning requirements. This flexibility ensures optimal resource utilization and prevents the waste of water and chemicals.

The SC1500 is available in two distinct configurations: a 20-inch disc model and a 20-inch REV model. The standard disc model provides reliable, traditional scrubbing, while the REV model, with its patented Dual Random Orbital Scrubbing technology, delivers a deeper, more uniform scrub, effectively tackling dirt and grime without leaving swirl marks. The REV technology achieves this by employing both high-speed, -inch micro scrubbing and rotational, low-speed macro scrubbing, attacking dirt from multiple directions.

Productivity is a key strength of the SC1500. Its large 12-gallon solution tank and 12.5-gallon recovery tank, coupled with its efficient operation and adjustable low flow rate (as low as 0.16 gal/min), can provide extended scrub times without requiring frequent refills. According to Advance-us, this scrubber can offer up to 75 minutes of scrubbing time without refilling and boasts a maximum coverage rate of up to 26,400 sq ft/hr. The SC1500 also offers variable pad pressure, ranging from 75 pounds for the disc model to 88 pounds for the REV model, enabling powerful one-pass cleaning for various cleaning challenges.
