"High-Gloss shine is produced on floor finish with heat. The plastic in the product is burnished to harden it and bring about the mirror shine everyone looks for. This is the case with VCT and polished concrete flooring with sealers. While battery and corded burnishers will work to a point, nothing can accomplish this task like a propane-powered burnisher.
