“The AM2400D is a compact air mover for drying carpet and floors after cleaning or a spill, and for keeping air moving in a room. A 1/3 hp induction motor gives you three speeds, 2,000, 2,200 and 2,400 CFM, so you can run it on high over a wet carpet and turn it down when people are working nearby. Sound runs from 64 dB(A) on low to 72 dB(A) on high.
The practical details add up. A built-in power outlet lets you daisy-chain up to three units, four angle settings let you aim the airflow, and units stack three high for storage. At 22 pounds with a carrying handle, it is easy to move between rooms, and the 21-foot cord wraps on the unit when you are done.
Plan on one add-on if you will be moving several units through a building: the Flexibility Trolley Kit (VV78406) with wheels and a retractable handle is optional. And keep in mind it is sized for everyday drying and air circulation; a major water-damage job calls for dedicated restoration equipment.”
