"After using the Advance ES400XLP, it seems like a solid machine for commercial carpet cleaning overall. It has an 18-inch cleaning path, which feels like a good balance. It is wide enough to get the job done but still easy to maneuver around furniture and in tight spaces.

The tanks are decently sized at 12 gallons for the solution and 10 gallons for recovery. That means you won't have to run back and forth to refill or dump all the time, which is particularly convenient if you're working on larger areas. The vacuum motor is surprisingly strong, and it seems capable of pulling a significant amount of water out of the carpet, allowing things to dry faster.
