“The SC500 20D is a 20 in walk-behind disc scrubber, and this version runs on a single 64 Ah lithium-ion battery with an onboard charger. Lithium means no watering, and the operator just plugs the machine in when the shift is over. It is a good size for schools, offices, restrooms, clinics and smaller retail floors. The 12 gal solution and recovery tanks are generous for a 20 in machine, and the pad holder runs at 155 rpm with two pressure settings, 33 and 66 lb, for daily scrubbing or heavier soil. At 63 dB A, and 60 dB A in silent mode, it can run during business hours without disturbing anyone. This is the non-EcoFlex model, so detergent is mixed into the solution tank the traditional way. If you want onboard detergent dosing, look at the SC500 X20D, and if your floors need deeper scrubbing, the X20R uses the REV orbital head. For a crew that wants a simple, quiet, low-maintenance walk-behind, the 20D on lithium is an easy choice.”

The Advance SC500 20D is a walk-behind automatic floor scrubber for schools, offices, clinics, restrooms and retail floors. A 20 in pad holder cleans at up to 24,552 sq ft per hour (theoretical), with 12 gal solution and recovery tanks.
This package (Advance 56394690) runs on one 24 V, 64 Ah lithium-ion battery with an onboard charger. It is the standard model without the EcoFlex detergent system.

Why choose lithium-ion?
This package runs on one 64 Ah lithium-ion battery, so there is no battery watering. The onboard charger only needs to be plugged in at the end of the shift.
Does it have EcoFlex?
No. The 20D is the standard model, so detergent is mixed into the solution tank. The SC500 X20D adds the EcoFlex onboard detergent system.
How big are the tanks?
The SC500 has a 12 gal solution tank and a 12 gal recovery tank.
Is it quiet enough for daytime cleaning?
