“The 3400 ST puts a 34 in disc deck on a body that is still only 27.5 in wide, so you get a wide cleaning path without stepping up to a big machine. Advance rates it at up to 47,872 sq ft per hour, which makes it a strong fit for warehouses, distribution centers, big-box stores and school corridors. Like the 2800 ST, it keeps the controls simple: a lever lowers the scrub deck and starts the brushes and solution, another lowers the squeegee and starts the vacuum, and the drive pedal runs the rest. Two scrub pressure settings, 105 and 205 lb, cover daily maintenance and heavier soil. The 28 gal solution and 29 gal recovery tanks give up to 85 minutes of scrubbing per tankful, and four 420 Ah wet batteries with a shelf charger keep it going through long shifts. It turns in a 67.5 in aisle, and the steering column tilts upright with side steps on both sides for easy boarding. Plan on regular battery watering.”

The Advance 3400 ST is a ride-on automatic floor scrubber for warehouses, distribution centers, big-box retail, schools and other large commercial floors. A 34 in disc deck cleans up to 47,872 sq ft per hour, and the 28 gal solution and 29 gal recovery tanks deliver up to 85 minutes of scrubbing per tankful.
Manual levers control the scrub deck and squeegee in place of complex electronics. This package (Advance 56601613) includes four 420 Ah wet batteries, a shelf charger and pad holders.
