“The Kleen Sweep 32R is the step up for teams that have outgrown a walk-behind sweeper but do not need a big industrial rider. It is compact at 50.4 in long and 35.7 in wide, so it gets down standard aisles and into back rooms, and the operator rides instead of pushing. The 26 in main broom throws debris up and over into two removable hoppers, which lets them fill all the way to the top instead of piling up at the front, and the side broom widens the sweeping path to 35 in. Minuteman rates it at 57,479 sq ft per hour. The 24 V AGM batteries (2 x 12 V, 120 Ah) mean nobody is watering cells, and the on-board charger plugs into a standard outlet wherever the machine parks. A shaker cleans the panel filter in seconds, the debris flap opens for larger debris, and the wet sweep bypass keeps a damp floor from soaking the filter. How long does the Kleen Sweep 32R run on a charge?
Minuteman rates the two 12 V, 120 Ah AGM batteries at over 2.5 hours of continuous runtime, which it says is over 140,000 sq ft of sweeping on a single charge. Actual runtime depends on the floor, the debris and how the machine is driven.
Do I need a separate charging station?
No. The charger is on-board, so you plug the sweeper into a standard electrical outlet to charge the batteries.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. Minuteman lists the 32R for indoor and outdoor use on industrial floors, concrete, asphalt and paving stones. It is designed for grades up to 16% and can drive over curbs or steps up to 1.5 in high.
Can it pick up wet debris?
It is designed to sweep up both dry and wet refuse. When sweeping wet material, the wet sweep bypass flap keeps water from being pulled into the panel filter.
Will it fit my aisles and doorways?
