“The TRS17 is Minuteman's touch-free system for restrooms where a mop and bucket can't get into grout lines, partition bases and around fixtures. It fits schools, office buildings, arenas and other facilities with high-traffic restrooms that need a deep clean on a regular schedule.
The routine is spray, dwell, rinse and recover. A 600 psi pump applies chemical drawn from a bottle on the auto chemical feed, and a soap/rinse valve switches to a clean-water rinse without changing tanks. The swivel wand has a reversible brush/squeegee head for scrubbing and pulling water off the floor, and a single 3-stage vacuum motor with 120 inches of water lift does the recovery. Exhaust air also drives a blower hose for drying fixtures.
Know what you are taking on. At 108 pounds with hoses and a wand on board, it is a cart, so check elevator access and storage space. It draws 14.5 amps on a standard 15-amp, 120-volt circuit, so avoid sharing that circuit, and use defoamer in the recovery tank.”

The Minuteman TRS17 Total Restroom System is a touch-free restroom cleaner that deep cleans where mop and bucket fail. A 600 psi, 0.85 gpm pump drives cleaning solution into porous tile, grout lines and hard-to-reach places, and an automatic chemical feed with a soap/rinse valve handles dilution. It holds 17 gallons of solution and 15 gallons of recovery.
A single 3-stage vacuum motor with 120 inches of water lift recovers liquid through a swivel wand with a reversible brush/squeegee head. The wand, spray gun and hoses are included and ride in on-board caddies, and a built-in GFCI protects the electrical system. Polyethylene tanks sit on a 1/4-inch aluminum baseplate with 10-inch non-marking rear wheels and 4-inch locking casters.
