It runs a 27 in pad at up to 1,700 rpm with three pad pressure settings, and NSS rates it at 35,640 sq ft per hour. What sets it apart is the patented joystick control. There is no steering wheel and no foot pedal, so the operator sits in a natural position and drives with the joystick. The Vac-Trac dust control system in the pad shroud captures 99.5 percent of the finish powder that burnishing kicks up. The NSS eForce Burnisher is a ride-on battery burnisher for schools, healthcare, retail and other large hard floors. A 27 in front-mounted pad runs at up to 1,700 rpm with 60, 75 or 90 lb of pad pressure, and NSS rates it at 35,640 sq ft per hour. The patented joystick drives the machine with no steering wheel or foot pedal.
This configuration runs on six 6 V, 390 Ah AGM batteries (36 V), sealed and maintenance free, with up to 3 hours of runtime and a 120 V charger.

How long does the eForce run on a charge?
NSS rates the 390 Ah AGM battery package at up to 3 hours. Actual runtime depends on the floor, the pad pressure and how the machine is driven.
How does it control dust?
The Vac-Trac dust control system is built into the pad motor shroud and captures 99.5 percent of the floor finish powder created while burnishing, collecting it in a 1.9 gal bag.
How do operators steer it?
With a single joystick. It controls direction and speed through two drive motors, and it returns to neutral when released. There is no steering wheel or foot pedal.
Will it fit my aisles and doorways?
The eForce is 62 in long, 30 in wide and 49 in high, with a 65 in minimum aisle turn. Measure your tightest doorway and aisle before you order.
Can it burnish on a slope?
NSS rates the eForce for burnishing on grades up to 9 percent and transport on grades up to 13 percent. Never stop or turn the machine on a ramp or incline.
