“The SpeedGleam Rider makes sense when a walk-behind burnisher just can't keep up: big-box retail, grocery, airports, long school and hospital corridors. You sit down, set one of three speeds and one of three down-pressure settings, and the 4 hp direct-drive pad motor turns the 24 in pad at 1,500 to 1,600 rpm. Nobles rates it at up to 30,000 sq ft per hour, so one operator can cover a lot of floor in a shift. It runs on a 36 V pack of six 435 Ah wet batteries, and Nobles lists up to 3.5 hours of run time, with at least 3 hours at the low down-pressure setting. The charger is on board, so it plugs in wherever it parks. Two details we like: the head lifts 18 in automatically for pad changes and battery access, and supervisors can lock out settings so every operator burnishes the same way. Passive dust control is standard, and active HEPA dust control is a factory option.”
A 24 in ride-on battery burnisher for large floors
The Nobles SpeedGleam Rider is a ride-on battery burnisher for retail stores, grocery, schools, healthcare and other large hard-floor facilities. A 4 hp direct-drive motor spins the 24 in pad at 1,500 to 1,600 rpm, and the operator picks from three burnishing speeds and three down-pressure settings from the seat.
This is the Nobles SpeedGleam Rider 24 in base build: six 6 V, 435 Ah wet batteries (36 V), an on-board 25 A charger, passive dust control, the automated head lift, supervisor lock-out controls, a back-up alarm, an adjustable seat and the operator manual.

How much floor can it burnish in an hour?
Nobles rates the SpeedGleam Rider at up to 30,000 sq ft per hour. Your actual rate depends on the speed setting, the layout and how often the operator has to stop.
How long does it run on a charge?
Nobles lists a 3 hour minimum at the low down-pressure setting and up to 3.5 hours. Higher down pressure draws more current and shortens run time.
Where do I charge it?
The 25 A charger is on board, so you plug the machine into a standard outlet wherever it parks. Nobles lists a full charge at 18 hours or less.
Will it fit through my doorways?
The 24 in model is 58.5 in long, 30 in wide and 55 in high. Measure your narrowest doorway and any elevator before you order.
Does it control burnishing dust?
Passive dust control is standard. If you need more, active dust control with 4-stage HEPA filtration is a factory option.
