“The EX-SC-1020 is a workhorse self-contained extractor for buildings that do their own carpet restoration: schools, offices, hotels, churches, hospitals and restaurants. Everything is on board. The operator fills the 10 gal solution tank, sprays through two quick-disconnect jets at 100 psi, agitates with a 1,200 rpm chevron-pattern nylon brush and recovers through a 20 in vacuum shoe in one pass. The 1.8 hp three-stage vacuum pulls 136 in of water lift, which is strong for a machine this size. Recovery goes into a 14.5 gal bladder tank that keeps the center of gravity low, so the machine is easier to steer and turn. The polyethylene body resists dents and cracks, and the trigger solution control keeps the operator's hands in one place. At 20 in wide and 106 lb, it is easy to move between classrooms, offices and hallways. Tennant lists it with the CRI Seal of Approval at the Bronze level.”

The Tennant EX-SC-1020 is a corded walk-behind carpet extractor that sprays, scrubs and recovers in one pass. Dual spray nozzles and a stiff, motor-driven brush loosen embedded soil without damaging the carpet, and a powerful three-stage vacuum pulls the dirty water back out.
