“If your crew is still pushing brooms across a shop floor, loading dock or warehouse aisle, the 3640 E is the step up we usually suggest before a ride-on sweeper. It is a self-propelled, battery-powered walk-behind, so there are no fumes and no cord, and it works indoors or out. A 24 in main broom and a 16.5 in right-hand side brush sweep a 32 in path, throwing debris straight into a free-floating hopper that holds 3 cu ft of litter or 1.5 cu ft of sand. Tennant rates it at up to 25,000 sq ft per hour. The panel filter has a timed shaker, and the high airflow system helps hold dust down. Propel speed is fully variable forward and reverse, up to 2.9 mph, and the handle adjusts to the operator's height. Brushes are self-adjusting and change without tools. It comes with two 130 Ah wet batteries and an 11 A off-board charger, good for 2 to 3 hours per Tennant.”

The Tennant 3640 E is a battery-powered, self-propelled walk-behind broom sweeper for manufacturing, warehouse, retail and commercial floors, indoors and out. A 24 in main broom and a right-hand side brush sweep a 32 in path into a 3 cu ft hopper, with variable-speed propel up to 2.9 mph.
This is the Tennant 3640 E base build: two 130 Ah wet batteries, an 11 A off-board charger, UL Type E rating, a right-hand side brush, a main broom, the panel filter with timed shaker and the high airflow system.
