“The i-mop XXL Plus is for buildings that have outgrown the mop and bucket but still have plenty of floor a ride-on or a big walk-behind cannot reach: corridors, classrooms, retail aisles, lobbies, cafeterias and the spaces between tables and fixtures. It cleans a 24.4 in path, and Tennant rates it at up to 24,750 sq ft per hour, which is a lot of floor for a machine that steers like a mop. The heavy-duty hinge gives 360 degree steering, the low-profile head reaches under furniture, and the twin counter-rotating brushes turn at 350 rpm with up to 70.4 lb of down pressure. Solution goes toward the center of the head instead of out onto baseboards. The tanks lift off to fill and empty at any sink, and the lithium-ion battery packs swap out by hand, so adding a spare set keeps one machine running through a shift. For restrooms and tighter rooms, the narrower i-mop XL Plus is the better fit.”

The Tennant i-mop XXL Plus is a lithium-ion walk-behind scrubber for corridors, classrooms, retail stores, lobbies, healthcare facilities and other busy floors with obstacles to work around. Two counter-rotating brushes clean a 24.4 in path, a squeegee and vacuum pick up the water behind them, and Tennant rates it at up to 24,750 sq ft per hour.
It stands upright, folds for storage and rolls on its own wheels between areas, levels and buildings. Removable tanks and swappable battery packs keep it simple to run.

How long does it run on a charge?
Tennant rates the XXL Plus at up to 60 minutes of continuous scrubbing per battery set. A one-hour charge brings the batteries to about 80%, and a full charge takes up to 6 hours.
Can it clean a full shift without stopping to charge?
Yes, with a second set of batteries. The packs swap out by hand, so one set can charge while the other runs. Tennant offers the XXL Plus with two sets of grey batteries as a separate package.
Where do I fill and empty the tanks?
The 1.25 gal solution tank and 2 gal recovery tank detach from the machine, so you can fill and empty them at any sink.
Will it clean under furniture?
Yes. The low-profile head and folding design reach under counters, tables and other furniture, and the hinge lets the handle steer 360 degrees.
