“This is the T600 package for a facility that wants a big walk-behind and does not want anyone babysitting batteries. It pairs the 32 in disk deck with Tennant's Smart-Fill automatic battery watering, so the six 240 Ah wet batteries are topped off from an onboard reservoir instead of by someone with a jug. Auto Fill for the solution tank, an on-board charger and pneumatic tires are part of the package too. The 32 gal solution and 37 gal recovery tanks carry it across large areas, and Tennant rates the 32 in disk at up to 27,698 sq ft per hour of estimated coverage, about 3,700 more than the 28 in deck. Pads run at 300 rpm with three down-pressure settings up to 200 lb. It cleans conventionally with your detergent, which suits buildings that already have a chemical program they trust. Warehouses, big-box retail, manufacturing and schools are the usual fit, and the Pro-Membrane panel keeps settings consistent across shifts.”

The Tennant T600 is an industrial walk-behind floor scrubber for warehouses, big-box retail, schools and manufacturing. This package has the 32 in (800 mm) dual disk deck, a 32 gal solution tank and a 37 gal recovery tank, and Tennant rates it at up to 42,240 sq ft per hour theoretical and 27,698 sq ft per hour of estimated coverage.
It is Tennant’s standard configuration T600-2001D: Pro-Membrane control panel, six 240 Ah wet batteries with Smart-Fill automatic battery watering, conventional cleaning, a 25A on-board charger, Auto Fill for the solution tank, black pneumatic tires and 16 in pad drivers.

Tennant T600 32 in: common questions
Do I need to water the batteries?
Not by hand. This package includes Smart-Fill, which waters the wet batteries automatically from an onboard 1.1 gal reservoir. You refill the reservoir instead of each cell.
How long does it run on a charge?
Tennant publishes run times for the optional 360 Ah pack: up to 5.3 hours on the 32 in disk. This package has the standard 240 Ah pack, so expect less. Ask us for an estimate for your floors.
Does it use ec-H2O NanoClean?
No. This configuration cleans conventionally with your own detergent. The T600-3001D is the 32 in package with ec-H2O NanoClean and 360 Ah batteries.
Will it fit my aisles?
The 32 in disk T600 is 65.8 in long, 33.7 in wide and 41.3 in across the squeegee, and it turns around in a 67 in aisle.
