“The AS710R is a good next step for buildings where a walk-behind is slowing the crew down but a big industrial rider would be overkill: schools, retail stores, hotels, offices and light warehouses with heavy foot traffic. It cleans a 28 in path with two 14 in pad drivers, carries 31 gal of solution and 31 gal of recovery, and Viper rates it at up to 47,500 sq ft per hour. The design is simple on purpose. One-touch scrubbing, four solution flow rates and a deck and squeegee that raise and lower mechanically mean less to train and less to go wrong. This package runs on four 6 V, 245 Ah AGM batteries, so there are no batteries to water, and the 24 V onboard charger plugs in wherever the machine parks. A hanger on the recovery tank holds the squeegee up when you move through tight spaces, and the large tank opening makes rinsing out quick at the end of the shift. If you need a wider path, the AS850R is the 32 in version of the same machine.”

Two 14 in pad drivers clean a 28 in path with up to 77 lb of down pressure, 31 gal solution and recovery tanks keep it working between fills, and Viper rates it at up to 47,500 sq ft per hour.
This package (Viper 50000318) comes with pad drivers, a 37 in squeegee assembly, four 6 V, 245 Ah AGM batteries and a 24 V onboard charger, so there are no batteries to water and no separate charger to move around.

Both models share the same 31 gal tanks and controls. The AS850R trades a little maneuverability for a wider path.
Easy to empty and rinse
The drain and vacuum hoses sit at the back of the machine, and the large recovery tank opening makes it quick to rinse out the tank at the end of the shift.
