“The TTV 678 solves a common problem: one building, several very different floors. Pull a pin and the brush deck adjusts to a 26, 30 or 34 in cleaning path, and the machine stores both a 30 in and a 40 in squeegee on board, so the same rider can work a narrow corridor and then open up for a lobby or gym. NaceCare says it fits through almost any door. Productivity scales with the width, from 40,200 sq ft per hour at 26 in up to 52,500 at 34 in. The 32 gal tank, onboard chemical dispensing at 32:1 to 128:1 and flow you can set from 0.25 to 1 gpm help operators put down the right amount of water and chemical, and the LED panel keeps chemical, water flow, brush pressure and battery status in view. A compact ride-on scrubber that changes width with the job
The NaceCare TTV 678 is a battery ride-on automatic floor scrubber from the Vario line. Three 12 in brushes make up a deck that adjusts to a 26, 30 or 34 in cleaning path: pull a pin and the deck moves in or out to the right width. The machine carries both a 30 in and a 40 in squeegee on board.
A 32 gal tank, onboard chemical dispensing and adjustable flow from 0.25 to 1 gpm cover the cleaning side. Six maintenance-free 100 Ah gel batteries give up to 4 hours of runtime, and NaceCare rates working capacity at 40,200 to 52,500 sq ft per hour depending on width.

How do I change the cleaning width?
Pull a pin and the brush deck adjusts in or out to 26, 30 or 34 in. The machine has onboard storage for a 30 in and a 40 in squeegee.
How long does it run on a charge?
NaceCare rates it at up to 4 hours on six 100 Ah gel batteries. Runtime depends on the width, brush pressure and floor.
Do the batteries need watering?
No. Gel batteries are sealed and maintenance free, spill-proof and can be charged anywhere.
