“The Admiral 38C is built for the kind of floor a disk scrubber struggles with: textured concrete, uneven joints and a layer of grit and small debris. Its cylindrical brushes sweep dirt and light debris into a hopper while they scrub, and the squeegee and vacuum follow behind, so one pass sweeps, scrubs and picks up the water. That is why it makes sense in manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centers, where small debris covers the floor long before anyone gets around to scrubbing it. The cylindrical brushes float over the floor, so they keep working on rough and structured surfaces. A single front wheel handles both steering and drive, which gives the machine good traction and makes it easy to maneuver. Operation is simple, with one-touch controls: press the green button and it starts cleaning.
