“Restrooms are the hardest room in most buildings to get truly clean with a mop, a spray bottle and a rag, and they are the room people judge you by. The ASC-15 takes a different approach. It sprays cleaning solution onto toilets, urinals, sinks, shower stalls and other hard surfaces, rinses them, blows the surfaces dry with a separate blower motor and then vacuums the dirty water into a 19 gal recovery tank. The operator never has to touch the surface, which Tennant says improves productivity as well as employee safety and morale. The 15 gal solution tank lets it clean a lot of fixtures between fills, and the recovery tank drains through a drop-down hose or a power pump-out. It is not just for restrooms. Locker rooms, stairwells, windows and other non-porous hard surfaces are a good fit too. Tennant built it with a 3-stage vacuum motor rated at 117 in of water lift and a 25 ft GFCI cord. The Tennant ASC-15 All-Surface Cleaning Machine cleans sinks, toilets, urinals, shower stalls and other non-porous surfaces in restrooms and locker rooms, and works well on stairwells and windows too. It cleans and rinses the surface, blows it dry and then recovers the dirty water, all without the operator touching the surface.
A 15 gal solution tank and a 19 gal recovery tank ride on a portable cart, with separate vacuum and blower motors and a high pressure hose with a variable pressure gun.
